The aluminum Colonial louvered and Bahamas shutters have enjoyed approval by many historical districts as the costs and maintenance levels have increased for the wood shutters.
Our colonial shutter product is a side-hinged, extruded aluminum product. We offer colonial shutters in multiple-panel configurations. Curves, arches and angles are available.
The Bahamas shutter is top hinged with support arms that provide up to a 60 degree angle. The Bahamas shutters work for you full time providing sun, rain, privacy and ventilation in the extended position, and full storm protection when in the down and lock position. We now offer an inside lock system where you only have inside access to close your shutter. We can even arch your Bahamas and Colonial shutters using a center top hinge for installation.
The finish is a 5-step powder-coat system. Powder coating is significantly harder, longer lasting, and more fade resistant than conventional painting. We offer many finishes to your color specifications from our manufacturer's color chart.
The colonial and Bahamas shutters are available in the standard open slat.
